Transparent Answers

No Fine Print. No Surprises.

We believe in straightforward pricing and honest expectations. Here's everything value-conscious customers ask us.

Am I a candidate for laser hair removal?

Our 4-wavelength Diode Laser targets the melanin pigment in the hair follicle. Most people with brown or black hair across a wide range of skin tones see excellent results. White, grey, very light blonde, or red hair can be more challenging. During your free consultation, our AI Hair Follicle Scanner will analyze your hair density, colour, and skin type to give you an honest, data-backed assessment of your expected results.

Is Peach Lasers safe for dark or tanned skin?

Absolutely. Unlike older Alexandrite or IPL machines, our medical-grade system combines four wavelengths (755nm, 808nm, 940nm, and 1064nm) firing simultaneously at 2,500 watts. The longer 1064nm wavelength — the same Nd:YAG-class technology used in clinical dermatology — bypasses surface pigment entirely to target the melanin deep in the follicle. This allows us to safely and effectively treat all six Fitzpatrick skin types, including tanned and darker complexions.

Is it really painless?

Yes. Our handpiece features an advanced triple-cooling system (water + air + semiconductor) that chills the contact tip to sub-zero temperatures before each pulse. Because the cooling touches your skin milliseconds before the laser energy is delivered, pain receptors are numbed instantly. Most clients compare the sensation to a cool stone massage — never the "rubber band snap" of older technology. The system also auto-adjusts pulse width (2–125ms) for maximum comfort at every energy level.

How many treatments will I actually need?

Most clients achieve 90%+ permanent reduction in as few as 6 sessions. Hair grows in three cycles (anagen, catagen, telogen), and laser hair removal only affects the active anagen phase — which only 10–25% of hair is in at any given time. Sessions are spaced 4–6 weeks apart to catch each growth cycle. Our AI system tracks your progress with before-and-after follicle photos, and our $49/session model means you never overpay for sessions you don’t need.

What do I need to do before my appointment?

Three simple rules: (1) Shave the area 12–24 hours before — the laser targets the root beneath the surface, not the hair above it. (2) No waxing, plucking, or threading for 4 weeks prior — the follicle must be present for the laser to work. (3) Avoid active tanning — while our multi-wavelength system is safer for tanned skin than single-wavelength devices, we cannot treat skin that is currently sunburned. Ensure the treatment area is clean and free of lotions, makeup, or self-tanning products.

What is the difference between your laser and IPL or BBL?

At Peach Lasers we only use dedicated Diode laser technology — never IPL or BBL devices. Our 4-wavelength system is significantly more effective and safer because it delivers concentrated laser energy at specific depths, whereas IPL and BBL scatter broad-spectrum light across the skin surface. The result: faster treatments, better permanent reduction, and safe use across all skin types.

How much does it cost?

We built a membership model that makes premium laser accessible and repeatable. Pay $199/year to join, then just $49 per area for every session — no packages, no price increases, no upsells. Your first session is free and includes unlimited areas. This disruptive pricing delivers clinical-grade results at a fraction of what traditional clinics charge, without compromising quality.
